Side dish Saturdays: Jean's mushrooms (4 servings)

This simple recipe comes from my buddy Kelly's godmother, Jean. Kelly admits: "Honestly, though it is a 'side dish,' I could just eat a giant bowl of these alone and be content." Give them a try this week!

You will need:


  1. In a skillet, melt the butter on low heat.

  2. Add mushrooms; stir to coat.

  3. Sprinkle with dressing mix.

  4. Stir occasionally for about 45 minutes.
